This workshop focused on the question: How is AI changing our humanity? Interactive group work sessions discussed real-life scenarios – from ChatGPT in higher education to AI in medicine and grief counseling.
The presentation highlighted the legal basis, outlined specific implementation strategies, and made it clear that data protection for children is not only a legal obligation but also a moral one.
The discussion covered whether we overestimate or underestimate AI, what ethical and regulatory challenges exist and how our trust in data-based systems is developing.

In his lecture, Lukas Madl emphasized that technical innovation is not contrary to Christian faith, but rather can be a calling to imitate God’s creative power.
